LampHill ("LampHill," "we") publishes evidence-based content on laboratory medicine, performance, and longevity. This policy explains what we collect when you visit lamphill.org, which is almost nothing.
We do not use advertising, analytics cookies, or third-party trackers on this site. There is no Google Analytics, no pixels, and no ad networks.
Like almost every website, our hosting provider automatically records standard technical logs, such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running. We don't use these logs to build visitor profiles, and we keep them only as long as operational and security needs require.
LampHill does not set tracking or advertising cookies. Your browser may store basic technical settings (for example, a light or dark display preference), but we do not use cookies to follow you across the web.
If you email us at info@lamphill.org, we receive your message and address so we can reply. We use that information only to respond to you, and we do not add you to any mailing list.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information, and we do not use your data for advertising.
The site is served through a hosting provider that processes the technical logs described above on our behalf. We may link to external sites such as journals or professional organizations; their privacy practices are their own.
Because we don't maintain visitor profiles or marketing lists, there is little personal data to access or delete. If you have a privacy question or request, email us at info@lamphill.org and we'll help.
We may update this policy as the site evolves. We'll note material changes in the "last updated" date above.
This policy describes our data practices only. Nothing on LampHill is medical advice, and this page is not legal advice.
